4. House price development elsewhere
In the second quarter of 2012, prices of dwellings went up most year-on-year in urban areas of Russia. Prices went up slightly in the United Kingdom and in the USA. In Spain, Greece and Sweden dwelling prices fell. Unless otherwise stated, the sources of the data in the table are national statistical institutes.
