Description

The statistics describing the activity of the Supreme Administrative Court contain data on court decisions by type of case. The Supreme Administrative Court exercises the highest judicial power in cases concerning the application of administrative law. Below it are regional administrative courts. There is no system for leaves of appeal in the majority of case groups handled by the Supreme Administrative Court. The main case groups in which a petition for leave of appeal must first be submitted are those concerning taxation, aliens and livelihood. Most of the cases concluded by the Supreme Administrative Court are appeals against decisions of administrative courts.
