release | Rents of dwellings 2022, 1st quarterAccording to Statistics Finland, non-subsidised rents increased by 0.2 per cent in Greater Helsinki and by 0.7 per cent in the rest of Finland in January to March 2022. The rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings rose most in Turku (1.4%) and Tampere (1.1%) and least in Mikkeli (0.0%) and Helsinki (0.2%). Non-subsidised rents decreased in Jyväskylä (0.4%).
