Output of the national economy grew in August 2022 year-on-year

According to Statistics Finland, output adjusted for working days grew in August 2022 by 0.8 per cent from one year ago. Working day adjusted primary production and secondary production fell by about two per cent and services grew by around two per cent from August 2021. Seasonally adjusted output did not change significantly in August from the month before. According to revised data, working day adjusted output grew in July 2022 by 1.4 per cent (previously 1.5%) from July last year.
