release | Real estate prices 2022, 2nd quarterAccording to Statistics Finland, prices of old one-dwelling houses rose by 2.2 per cent in the whole country in the second quarter of 2022 from the previous year. Compared to the previous quarter, prices of old one-dwelling houses went up by 3.2 per cent. Around 4,000 transactions in old one-dwelling houses were made, which is 22 per cent lower than in April to June one year before.

- In April to June 2022, prices of old one-dwelling houses rose in the whole country by 2.2 per cent from the previous year and by 3.2 per cent from the previous quarter.
- In the second quarter of 2022, prices of old one-dwelling houses rose most in municipalities with 20,000 to 59,999 inhabitants, where prices went up by 4.2 per cent from the previous year.
- Twenty-two per cent fewer transactions of old one-dwelling houses were made than in April to June 2021.
