Number of enterprise restructuring proceedings increased by 49 per cent in the third quarter of 2022 from the year before

According to Statistics Finland, 94 enterprise restructuring proceedings were filed in the third quarter of 2022, which is 31 enterprise restructuring cases (49 %) more than in the corresponding period one year earlier. The number of staff-years in enterprises for which a petition for restructuring had been filed was 915, which is 484 staff-years (112 %) more than in the year before.
