According to Statistics Finland's data, 118 enterprise restructuring proceedings were filed in the first quarter of 2023, which is 49 enterprises restructuring cases (71 %) more than in the corresponding period one year earlier. The number of staff-years in enterprises for which a petition for restructuring had been filed was 1,159, which is 724 staff-years (166.4 %) more than in the year before.
