Read more about the changeAccording to Statistics Finland, the median earnings for regular working hours of hourly-paid employees in the private sector were EUR 17.6 per hour in the last quarter of 2023. Men’s median earnings were EUR 18.3 and women’s EUR 15.0 per hour. In 2023, the median total earnings of private sector hourly-paid employees, including overtime compensations, were EUR 18.4 per hour, EUR 19.1 for men and EUR 15.5 for women.
