Output of the national economy decreased in May 2024 year-on-year

According to Statistics Finland, output adjusted for working days decreased by 1.9 per cent in May 2024 from the year before. Seasonally adjusted output grew by 0.7 per cent in May 2024 from the month before. Working day adjusted primary production went down by 4.4 per cent. Secondary production decreased by 8.8 per cent and services grew by 1.0 per cent from May 2023.
