Database table 12m1 Vehicle-axle-kilometres for Railway Statistics, was corrected

The data of the Railway Statistics release of 25 August 2022 for year 2021 contained an error concerning vehicle-axle-kilometres of electric railcars 2021. Database table 12m1 Vehicle-axle-kilometres was corrected on 25 August 2022.
