The trend indicator of renovation building is a new set of statistics that is published for the first time on 9 March 2023. The statistics are published quarterly and the base year is 2021=100.

Statistics Finland has previously published the trend indicator of renovation building as experimental statisticsExternal link. The data processing, sampling frame and weight structure of the new statistics have been renewed and the point figures are not comparable with the previously published experimental statistics.
