Electricity consumption went up by 6 per cent in 2021

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, electricity consumption grew by six per cent in 2021. The growth was covered by imports of electricity and domestic production. Net imports of electricity grew by 18 per cent. Imports from Russia covered 10.5 per cent of electricity consumption.
