Producer prices of agricultural products went down by 4 per cent in the third quarter of 2023
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, the producer prices of agricultural products fell by good four per cent from one year ago in the third quarter of 2023. The prices of meat and animal products rose by two per cent. The prices of plant products fell by close on 15 per cent. Producer prices went down most due to the heavy fall in cereal prices, but the prices of vegetables and industrial plants also decreased clearly compared with one year ago.
