Of enterprises 24 per cent used Artificial Intelligence technologies
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, 24 per cent of enterprises used Artificial Intelligence technologies in spring 2024. The share of enterprises using Artificial Intelligence technologies grew by nine percentage points from last year. Artificial Intelligence technologies were clearly most commonly used in information and communication activities, in 66 per cent of the enterprises. In enterprises with at least 100 employees, Artificial Intelligence technologies were used by 57 per cent.

- The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system was used by 61 per cent of enterprises in spring 2024.
- The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system was used by 56 per cent of enterprises.
- Fourty-five per cent of enterprises used software for managing Business Intelligence (BI).
- Data analytics was performed in 46 per cent of enterprises. Data analytics was performed by own personnel in 37 per cent of enterprises and by another enterprise or organisation in 21 per cent of enterprises.
- Eighty-one per cent of enterprises used cloud services.
