Highly educated people found employment easiest in 2023

Eighty-nine per cent of those with bachelor’s degrees from universities of applied sciences and 90 per cent of those with master’s degrees from universities were employed one year after graduation.

- Seventy-two per cent of graduates were employed one year after graduation. The share of employed persons decreased by one percentage point compared to the previous year.

- The differences between genders in finding employment were biggest in initial vocational education, where 61 per cent of men and 75 per cent of women found employment.
