Description of the correction
An error has been corrected in the chaining coefficients of new single-family houses for the base year 2020=100 in the statistics on real estate prices.
The error impacted the index point figure for the first quarter of 2023 and the annual and quarterly change of new single-family houses (2010=100). The error does not impact the data on new single-family houses for the base year 2022=100.
