Description of the correction
In the statistics on prices of dwellings in housing companies an error was corrected in the data on the selling times and numbers of old dwellings in housing companies reported by real estate agents.
The error does not have a significant effect on the data on the level of the whole country. The most significant correction concerns the selling times in Oulu in August 2023, which fell from 176 to 105 days.
