Description of the correction
The data of the price index of old one-dwelling houses used in the statistics on real estate prices were corrected retrospectively for the second quarter of 2024. The correction concerns all base years of the quarterly index of old one-dwelling houses.
The correction was due to some of the data being excluded from the calculation. The change impacts database tables 13zp and 13zt.
Size of the correction
As a result of the correction, the total index of the price index of old one-dwelling houses is 0.2 point figures higher in the second quarter of 2024 than in the original release.
