Rents of dwellings: New database tables replacing old tables have been published in the statistics

Description of new data

The statistics were renewed in connection with the publication of data for 2026, and the reference period of the statistics, the base year, was updated from 2015 to 2025. The new database tables contain data for the base year 2025=100 on the quarterly and annual levels.

Database table, identifier and name

• Replaces the archieved database table 11x4 - Rent index (2015=100) and average rents per square meter, 2015Q1-2025Q4.

• Replaces the archieved database table 12d4 - Distributions of total rents for non-subsidised rental dwellings in large cities, quarterly, 2018Q1-2025Q4.
