Description

The child benefit is one of the statutory public benefits aimed at defraying the cost of raising a child. Child benefit is paid for each child under 17 years who lives in Finland. The statistics on the child benefit describe the child benefits paid out by Kela. They provide statistical information about recipient families, qualifying children and expenditure.
