Other business services the most significant product group of intermediate consumption in 2004
According to the supply and use tables concerning the year 2004, group 74, Other business services, was the most significant product group of intermediate consumption in Finland's national economy. The next most important were product group 24, Chemicals, chemical products and man-made fibres; product group 27, Basic metals; product group 15, Food products and beverages; and product group 70, Real estate services.
Statistics Finland publishes supply and use tables describing product flows in the national economy, and the input-output tables and analysis tables derived from them, at the lag of approximately two years from the end of each statistical reference year. The data published now concern the year 2004. Corresponding data have previously been published for the years 1995 to 2003.
