Statistics will be produced by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom starting from 1 January 2019

Starting from 1 January 2019, water transport statistics will be produced by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom as the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi), the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA) and certain functions of the Finnish Transport Agency merged.

The statistics can in future be found on Traficom's web pagesSiirryt toiseen palveluun.. Earlier publications are available on the web pagesSiirryt toiseen palveluun. of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure (the former Finnish Transport Agency). Statistical tables of water transport statistics are also available in Statistics Finland’s StatFin database (Foreign Shipping TrafficSiirryt toiseen palveluun., Domestic Waterborne TrafficSiirryt toiseen palveluun., Canal TrafficSiirryt toiseen palveluun.).
