Two new database tables are published in the statistics on CVTS, continuing vocational training on 31 October 2022.
Read more about the changeAccording to Statistics Finland, provision of course-based training in enterprises decreased clearly in 2015 to 2020. The share of those studying in course format decreased particularly in enterprises with fewer than 1,000 employees compared to 2015.

- Sixty-one per cent of enterprises offered personnel training to their wage and salary earners in 2020.
- Twenty-nine per cent of enterprises' personnel studied in course format and the average number of training hours was 5.2 hours per all wage and salary earners.
- Offering course-based studying and participation in it decreased clearly from 2015.
- In 2020, the number of self-directed students was the same as that of course-based students.
