Since the statistical year 2021, own sold production and subcontracting production produced for others have been broken down in the statistics on industrial production.
Read more about the changeAccording to revised data of Statistics Finland's statistics, the value of sold industrial output (branches B: Mining and quarrying and C: Manufacturing) amounted to around EUR 86.8 billion in 2021. Fees received from subcontracting production totalled about EUR 3.1 billion.
