release | Prices of dwellings in housing companies 2022, JulyAccording to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, prices of old dwellings in housing companies rose in July by 1.2 per cent in the six largest towns and by 1.3 per cent elsewhere compared with the corresponding period one year earlier. Of large towns, prices went up most in Oulu and Turku in July. In the whole country, prices rose by 1.2 per cent from the corresponding period in 2021 and by 0.2 per cent from June. In July, 14 per cent fewer sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agencies than one year ago.
