According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, Finland's population was 5,567,868 at the end of February 2023. Our country's population increased by 2,349 persons during January-February. The reason for the increase was migration gain from abroad, since immigration exceeded emigration by 4,391. The number of births was 3,300 lower than that of deaths.
