Number of enterprise restructuring proceedings increased by 6 per cent in the last quarter of 2022 from the year before

According to Statistics Finland, 95 enterprise restructuring proceedings were filed in the last quarter of 2022, which is five enterprise restructuring cases (6 %) more than in the corresponding period one year earlier. The number of staff-years in enterprises for which a petition for restructuring had been filed was 778, which is 96 staff-years (14 %) more than in the year before.
