release | Dwellings and housing conditions 2022According to Statistics Finland, the increase in the number of young people living alone slowed down in 2022. The number of persons aged under 30 living alone grew by around 5,300 in 2022, which is the lowest number since 2015. In other age groups, the increase in living alone continued more steadily. In total, the number of persons living alone increased by around 24,000 persons.
