Weekdays started later in the corona years 2020 to 2021

review

According to Statistics Finland, the life rhythm has shifted forward over the decades. People go to bed clearly later than at the end of the 1970s. The biggest change in bedtimes already occurred in the 1980s. Whereas in autumn 1979, one-half of the population aged 10 to 64 were already asleep at 10.10 pm during weekdays, in autumn 1987 this figure was good one third and in 2009, 2020 and 2021 only under one third among people of that age.
