A total of 521 of these ended with certification of the disbursement list. In other cases, bankruptcy proceedings were discontinued at different stages of the bankruptcy proceedings.

- In 2023, the commonest reason for discontinuing bankruptcy proceedings was the insufficient means of the bankruptcy estate, which was the reason in 1,698 cases.
- In 2022, the second commonest reason for discontinuing bankruptcy proceedings was withdrawal of the application, which was the reason in 538 cases.
- Altogether 37 decisions on transferring to public receivership were made by district courts in 2023.
