According to Statistics Finland, 274 bankruptcy proceedings were instigated in September 2024, which is 36 fewer than in the corresponding period one year earlier. The number of staff-years in enterprises that filed for bankruptcy totalled 1,218, which is 30 staff-years fewer than in September 2023.
