The time series data of the statistics on the environmental goods and services sector were corrected on 11 December 2024 in connection with the publication of the release.
Read more about the correctionAccording to Statistics Finland, the turnover of the environmental goods and services sector was around EUR 48 billion in 2023. After the time series revision made, manufacturing is no longer the biggest industry in the environmental goods and services sector as its turnover fell to EUR 12 billion. Instead, construction became the largest industry. It's turnover was EUR 19 billion.
