According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, Finland's population was 5,656,394 at the end of November 2025. During January-November Finland's population increased by 20,423 persons. The reason for the population increase was migration gain from abroad. The number of immigrants was 32,799 higher than that of emigrants. The number of births was 11,584 lower than that of deaths.
