Number of leisure trips abroad grew by one tenth in August 2025

release | Finnish travel 2025, AugustAccording to Statistics Finland, nearly 0.7 million leisure trips abroad were made in August 2025, when trips with overnight stay in the destination country, cruises and same-day trips are included. The number of domestic leisure trips with overnight stay was 2.1 million, which is around one fifth fewer than in August 2024.
