Number of bankruptcy proceedings concluded was 3,812 in 2024
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, a total of 3,812 bankruptcy proceedings and 471 business restructuring petitions were concluded by courts in 2024. Altogether 602 of the petitions for bankruptcy ended with certification of the disbursement list and in 124 of the petitions for restructuring proceedings cases the payment schedule was confirmed.
