Prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased by 6.3 per cent year-on-year in October to December 2025

Compared with the previous quarter, prices remained unchanged. 4.6 per cent more transactions of old one-dwelling houses were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.

- Prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased by 5.1 per cent in large towns and by 6.6 per cent outside large towns in October to December 2025 compared with one year ago.
- Prices of one-dwelling house plots increased by 1.1 per cent in the whole country compared with a year ago.
- Transactions of old one-dwelling houses decreased in municipalities with 60,000-100,000 inhabitants, where the number of transactions was two per cent less compared to one year earlier. The number of transactions increased most in municipalities with 20,000-59,999 inhabitants (10.8%).
- 11.9 per cent more transactions of one-dwelling house plots were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.
- Prices of new one-dwelling houses went up by 0.2 per cent from a year ago and by 0.1 per cent from the previous quarter.
