release | Real estate prices 2025According to Statistics Finland, prices of old one-dwelling houses fell by 6.1 per cent in the whole country in 2025. Prices of one-dwelling house plots fell by 6.5 per cent. Transactions of old one-dwelling houses rose by 6.6 per cent from 2024.

Key selections
- In Greater Helsinki, prices of old one-dwelling houses went down by 3.1 per cent and in the rest of the country by 6.7 per cent during 2025.
- Prices of old one-dwelling houses fell most in Eastern Finland (-8.8%) and least in Northern Finland (-2.9%) from the previous year.
- Prices of one-dwelling house plots increased by 0.3 per cent in municipalities with over 100,000 inhabitants. Prices went down by 19.5 per cent in municipalities with under 20,000 inhabitants.
- Prices of new one-dwelling houses decreased by 0.6 per cent in 2025.
