Prices of old one-dwelling houses fell by 2.3 per cent in 2025
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, prices of old one-dwelling houses fell by 2.3 per cent in the whole country in 2025. Prices of one-dwelling house plots fell by 6.5 per cent. Transactions of old one-dwelling houses rose by 10.3 per cent from 2024.

Key selections
- In Greater Helsinki, prices of old one-dwelling houses went up by 0.6 per cent and went down in the rest of the country by 2.8 per cent during 2025.
- Prices of old one-dwelling houses fell most in Western Finland (-4.4%) but rose in Northern Finland (1.0%) from the previous year.
- Prices of one-dwelling house plots increased by 0.3 per cent in municipalities with over 100,000 inhabitants. Prices went down by 19.5 per cent in municipalities with under 20,000 inhabitants.
- Prices of new one-dwelling houses decreased by 0.6 per cent in 2025.
