Prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased by 3.6 per cent year-on-year in April to June 2026

According to Statistics Finland, prices of old one-dwelling houses decreased by 3.6 per cent year-on-year in the whole country in April to June 2026. Compared with the previous quarter, prices increased by 1.3 per cent. 7.3 per cent less transactions of old one-dwelling houses were made than in the corresponding period one year earlier.
