Wage and salary earners' nominal earnings level rose by 3.5 per cent in October to December 2025 from one year ago

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, the index of wage and salary earnings, which measures the growth in the nominal earnings of full-time wage and salary earners, rose by 3.5 per cent in October to December 2025 when compared with the corresponding period in the previous year. Over the same period, the real earnings level also rose by 3.5 per cent, because consumer prices were on level with the previous year in the last quarter.
