According to Statistics Finland, at the end of 2025 the Finnish vehicle register contained 7,425,114 vehicles, of which 5,178,005 were in traffic use. The total number of registered vehicles grew by 1.2 per cent, whereas the number of vehicles in traffic use decreased 1.5 per cent compared with the situation at the end of 2024.
