Number of bankruptcy proceedings concluded was 4,389 in 2025
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, a total of 4,389 bankruptcy proceedings and 611 business restructuring petitions were concluded by courts in 2025. Altogether 665 of the petitions for bankruptcy ended with certification of the disbursement list and in 134 of the petitions for restructuring proceedings cases the payment schedule was confirmed.
