Costs of civil engineering decreased by 1.9 per cent in January 2026 year-on-year

According to Statistics Finland, the costs of civil engineering decreased by 1.9 per cent in January 2026 compared to the previous year's corresponding period. The annual change in costs varied by sub-index from 3.2 per cent for technical and other systems to -8.8 per cent for surfacing.
