Leisure trips in Finland decreased by one fifth in December 2025

The number of both domestic leisure trips and leisure trips abroad decreased by around one fifth from the previous year.

- The number of leisure trips abroad with overnight stay in the destination country was about 0.4 million, which is slightly more than one year earlier.
- Altogether 5.1 million overnight stays during leisure trips were recorded in Finland and 4.0 million abroad in December 2025.
