Accommodation statistics: Data of the statistics were revised

Some significant accommodation establishments have reviewed their data for 2024. The change is visible as a decrease of around two per cent in the number of overnight stays on the level of the whole country compared to previously published data for 2024. The size of the change varies by area.
At the same time, the type data of accommodation establishments have been reviewed. Type data refer to the classification of establishments into hotels and other accommodation establishments. Because of these changes, the data for 2024 are not fully comparable with those for earlier years.
