Domestic waterborne traffic: Changes in the publication of statistics

Domestic waterborne traffic statistics will be published at longer intervals. In future, the statistics will be published quarterly instead of monthly as before. The statistics released on 7 February 2025, containing data for December 2024, are the last monthly update concerning the domestic waterborne traffic.
The first release according to the new schedule is on 6 June 2025. At that time data for January to March 2025 will be released.
The quarterly published database tables contain the same monthly data as before. In addition, the same data are published on the quarterly level in new database tables.
In future, database tables describing annual data will be updated only once a year and the data will not accumulate in the database tables in connection with quarterly releases.
