Description of the correction
Data for 2024 in database tables 136b, 136c and 136d of the statistics on students and qualifications were corrected. The number of university degrees is 352 higher than in the data released on 15 May 2025.
The release on students and qualifications of 15 May 2025 was corrected as follows: Introduction: A total of 35,900 degrees were completed. The figure was 7.3 per cent higher than one year before. Corrected to: A total of 36,200 degrees were completed. The figure was 8.3 per cent higher than one year before.
Key selections text: A total of 35,900 degrees were completed, 1,900 of which were doctoral degrees. The number of bachelor’s degrees completed was 15,600 and that of master’s degrees 18,400. Corrected to: A total of 36,200 degrees were completed, 1,900 of which were doctoral degrees. The number of bachelor’s degrees completed was 15,600 and that of master’s degrees 18,700.
