Automatic data encryption was introduced in the database tables concerning single-family house plots due to low numbers of transactions. The change particularly concerns transactions of plots in 2023 to 2025 in Greater Helsinki by quarter. Statistical data on plots are encrypted if the index calculation includes fewer than 20 transactions.
Automatic data encryption was adopted in both quarterly and annual tables concerning plots, but for now the change is visible only in quarterly tables.
