Quarterly national accounts: Name of the statistics changes

Quarterly national accounts will be published as separate statistics for the last time on 27 February 2026. After this, the database tables will be updated on 13 March 2026. Starting from May 2026, the corresponding data content will be published as part of the new statistics on national accounts.
The publication of the statistics on annual national accounts, quarterly national accounts and quarterly sector accounts will be reviewed during 2026. However, there will be no changes to the coverage of database tables or to the release schedules of quarterly national accounts.
Annual national accounts, quarterly national accounts and quarterly sector accounts will be discontinued as separate statistics in May 2026. The contents of the database tables of the statistics mentioned above remain unchanged, but the tables are transferred to the current quarterly national accounts and the name is changed to national accounts.
