Real estate prices: The base year of the statistics has been updated to 2025

Information about the change

The base years for the price indices of old and new one-dwelling houses have been changed. The new base year is 2025.

Regarding old one-dwelling houses, the weight structure, the area classification, and the price limit definition used in data validation were revised. No changes were made to the index calculation method.
