Dairy Statistics

The monthly dairy statistics illustrate the development of milk production, milk producer prices and production volumes of dairy products. The data are based on information collected monthly from dairies through statistical forms and the Integrated Administration and Control System. The statistics contain data on the milk volumes that dairies have received from producers, the volume of organic milk, the number of milk producers, the fat and protein contents of milk, the milk producer price, as well as the production quantities of fresh products, butter, cheeses and powders.
